1. What should I do if I receive a faulty or wrong product?
If you receive a faulty product, wrong print, damaged item, or a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ teesbyks.com.
To process your request, please share:
- Your Order ID
- A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened
- Clear images of the product received
The unboxing video is mandatory for verification of transit or packing-related issues.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or reshipment as applicable.
2. Why is an unboxing video required?
An unboxing video helps us quickly and fairly verify claims related to:
- Wrong product
- Missing items
- Damaged or defective products
The video should clearly show:
- The sealed package
- Opening of the package
- The product inside
Claims raised without an unboxing video may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
3. What if my order is delayed?
We understand delays can be frustrating, especially if the order is for a special occasion.
- Most of our products are made to order and manufactured in India.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 6–7 business days of confirmation.
- After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–5 business days, depending on location.
Delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Local restrictions or unforeseen circumstances
You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped. Please allow a little extra time, and feel free to contact us if you need an update — we’re always happy to assist.
4. Can I cancel my order if it’s already shipped?
Once an order leaves our factory or is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If delivery is attempted, the order is expected to be accepted. Prepaid orders require OTP verification at the time of delivery.
5. What happens if I refuse delivery or don’t share the OTP?
For prepaid orders, OTP verification is mandatory at delivery.
If a customer:
- Refuses to accept the order, or
- Does not share the delivery OTP, or
- Shares an incorrect OTP,
the order will be treated as delivery refusal by the customer.
In such cases:
- Immediate refunds are not applicable
- Refunds (if any) are processed only after the product is returned to our warehouse
- Forward and return shipping charges will be deducted as per our Return & Refund Policy
6. I received the wrong size — what should I do?
If you receive a size different from what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Product images
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
If verified, we’ll arrange a replacement.
If the wrong size was selected while placing the order, size exchange may still be available as per our Size Exchange Policy, subject to shipping charges.
7. Can I exchange a product for size?
Yes, size exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues and as per our Size Exchange Policy.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- A ₹199 shipping charge is applicable for exchange
- Exchange is allowed only once per customer (first order only)
8. Can I return or cancel if I ordered by mistake or changed my mind?
Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them, as most products are made to order and enter production quickly.
Returns or refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering by mistake
- Personal preference
9. Are customized products eligible for return or exchange?
No. Customized / personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
However, if you receive:
- An incorrect design, or
- A size different from what was ordered,
please contact us within 7 days with a mandatory unboxing video, and we’ll arrange a replacement after verification.
10. What happens if I refuse delivery or don’t share OTP for a customized order?
- For customized or personalized orders, refunds and returns are strictly not applicable.
- If a customer refuses delivery, does not share the delivery OTP, shares an incorrect OTP, or cancels the order after OTP verification or delivery attempt, the order will be treated as delivery refusal by the customer.
- Since customized products are made specifically for the customer and cannot be resold, no refund or return will be issued in such cases.
11. How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically:
- Processing time: 24–48 hours
- Manufacturing & dispatch: 6–7 business days
- Delivery: 1–5 business days after dispatch
- Overall, orders usually take 5–8 business days, depending on location and courier service.
12. Will I receive tracking details?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
If you haven’t received tracking details, email us at support@teesbyks.com with your order ID.
13. Where can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your registered email or SMS.
Please note: Order ID is not the same as tracking number.
14. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we currently ship anywhere within India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
15. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- Net banking
- UPI
- Cash on Delivery (available for select pincodes)
16. What if I entered the wrong address?
- Address changes can be requested before dispatch
- Once the order is shipped, address changes are subject to courier feasibility
- TeesByKS is not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Please ensure your address details are correct while placing the order.
17. Will you be launching more designs and products?
Yes! We regularly launch new designs, styles, and products.

18. Taxes & Duties
Currently, we ship only within India.
Any applicable taxes are included as per Indian regulations.
